Please first check whether the online help for RTFC contains an answer
to your questions. You can access context-sensitive help with <F1>
from the RTFC graphical interface.
If you purchased RTFC when you purchased a Braille printer or daisy player,
please contact the respective provider. We generally do not offer support
for Braille printers, daisy players and specially adapted OEM versions.
Our dealers and OEM partners are at your disposal for this purpose. This
can result in different additional costs depending on the provider.
In all other cases, please feel free to contact us. We offer free support
for registered users within the legal warranty period of 2 years. The free
support does not include on-site service, training or other services such
as assistance with individual adjustments, maintenance of pronunciation
dictionaries or support for third-party products. If the purchase date
is more than 2 years ago, the support is subject to a fee of €20.00 per
quarter of an hour or part thereof. In return, you will receive competent
help - if we cannot help you, you will not pay anything.
